Best Sports Bar. Off the beaten path, Non-Smoking, Family friendly, Tons of screens, True Sports Fan ownership, friendly. Artery clogging sports bar menu. Try the Banger Mash or Mash Banger or whatever it's called. Highly freakin' recommended.

Hidden sports bar draws sports watchers and families for brews and thick burgers.. In Short
Locals come to this uncrowded spot to catch a game on one of seven TVs and chat over a beer. The owners seem to know everyone and introduce themselves to regular customers. It's smoke-free, and so sparkling clean and friendly that families often throw birthday parties here. The pub grub here includes juicy hamburgers and Boca burgers, crinkle-cut fries and more substantial items such as lasagna or bangers and mash.

Your Neighborhood Dining Room. If you are looking for friendly and attentice service, sports galore and a menu that puts most sports bars to shame, SkyBox is the place. No pretense here. Just exactly what you want on a Monday...or Saturday...or any day between.

Unskilled Remote Control Users. Seems to me, that every single member of the staff should know how to peruse the channels, especially the sports channels.

The bartender had no idea how to change the channel/ use the remote and said "The guy who knows how to will be here soon."

I waited a half an hour before I finally left.



I came all the way there specifically to watch the game and my time was treated as though it had no worth.

A beer while I was waiting for "The Guy" should have been paid for.



I'm still trying to figure out why I left a 1$ tip for the one beer I had.

Note to all future sports bar managers, train all staff on TV channel changing on Day One!!!!

I will never return to this bar, unless I get a coupon worth "good service, guaranteed"

Horrible Service. We recently visited this bar and it was the first and last time we will ever step foot in there. The service was horrible, we sat down at a table for a while and received no service, so we decided to go up to the bar and order some food and drinks. The bartender was very rude, she walked by us several times only telling us to move out of the way and did not even attempt to offer any kind of service. We stood at the bar (with no line) for 10 minutes before we decided to leave and go else where. We had guests in town who were excited to try a new sports bar and were very disappointed. If you appreciate good service and a friendly environment you will want to go somewhere else because this is defintaley not the number one sports bar in Portland.

Yankee Fan. It was the race for October. All the baseball teams competing for division titles and wild card spots were on tv(except for the Yankees). The BOX was crowded. Cleveland High School was having a 30 year reunion social and Dennis still managed to keep track of the games and have them on the many televisions as one ended and another began, not a pitch was missed! Like always guest chef Brent prepared a magnificent chefs salad and Dana poured a perfect pint of Black Butte Porter............

My Favorite Neighborhood Sports Bar. The guys at the Skybox are great, they are really friendly and engage in enjoyable banter from time to time. The food is always good, the breakfast selection could use a few more items, but all in all it's great!

Already Legendary ........ If you want a great sports environment, great food, or just a place to hangout with good friends, this is the place to be! A neighborhood restaurant/pub/grill with all the fixing to satisfied every walk of life.young or oldthis place cant be beat. Dennis and Rick offer 12+ TVs with satellite hook ups bringing you even the most remote or obscure sporting events from around the world. They even have found a feed that can feature the Oregon Ducks from time to time. They will never miss an OSU Beaver game, if its out there they will feature it. Do yourself a favor, stop by and have a meal, enjoy the BOX and you will find yourself hooked like the rest of us.bummy!

Kim's the BOMB. The service at the Skybox is great, and Kim was always the best with us. She knew what we drank and what we wanted before we even sat down, the drinks were on the table. The other wait staff were great too!

great place for sports. What a neat place the food and drink are great.

The owners are two guys that are as different as night and day and they compliment each other well.

One is funny and sassy the other is full of news and knows all of the gossip. Great place to watch sports catch up on the local gossip and get great food and brews!!!!!!!
