Great Evening by George!!!. The Sellwood in was like coming home! The Inn has a reputation for the best burgers around & did not dissapoint!!! They were fantastic -but they served up something even yummier...a warm genuine welcome! We met the owner George- who has a killer smile & best laugh you'll ever hear. He treats the customers like friends & in my opinion he & his employees warm friendly manner makes this a place I would recommend to anyone! Very refreshing to have people be real & down to earth friendly in a world where we are so used to "my name is so -in-so & i've gotta serve you tonight"!

We were told by friends to try The Sellwood Inn. They also loved the atmosphere and stop by when they use the bicycle route that goes right by the Inn. They are non-smokers and enjoy the tables outside. We tried the ambiance of both inside & outside & love that there is a variety for everyone. If you havent checked out The Sellwood Inn treat yourselves & if you see George or any of the other smiling faces there tell them we will be back!!!!

Neighborhood Dive Bar with cute patio. It's got a cute patio with horseshoes, but other than that it is just like every other neighborhood dive bar around. Bartendar was nice. I ordered a burger, and she disappeared - she was cook too! Returned with burger made from costco stuff. Don't believe the "best burgers in Sellwood sign" EVERYONE smoked except me. On a Wed night mostly hard drinkers and heavy smokers, and weird folks. If you smoke and like cheap beer and dive bar lotto games, may be the place for you. $10 min on Debit/Credit cards

Sellwood Inn - Cool and Local. If you want downtown action - go downtown. If you want a cool neighborhood atmosphere, this is for you. Great bartenders, great prices on a decent selection of beers, and mixed drinks are always fantastic! Try it and see for yourself.

Great Neighborhood Bar. Drink prices are very reasonable, Service is quick and friendly, Sports on 3 screens, Limited menu.
