Had a blast. My husband and I have been going to Acropolis for a break from our pedestrian life as parents of small children. We have had an absolute blast there each time--have never ordered food, we go to dinner elsewhere and then to Acropolis for entertainment. It's got a roadhouse atmosphere, the girls are very friendly and outgoing towards other women, which I appreciate. As a woman I do not feel uncomfortable or stared at at Acropolis. Honestly we've had so much fun each time we've gone that we shower tons of cash on the girls! Hey, they're getting nekkid and they deserve it. Highly recommended!

good food,good prices,plenty of wackos. great place for a strip club,,,the steaks are good,,and the wonderchild who mentioned the meat rail,,,all i can say is yer just a crude asswipe,,,you should not be allowed out,thats all i have to say

Greatest Steak Special On The Planet !!!. If you want the Steak Special, just set your plate on the meatrack. The dancers will work up an or gasm and cover your meat in a rich,thick and creamy white sauce that is unmatched for taste,brilliance and clarity.

Next time I'm getting the beer special... Same approach, but the dancers squeeze off about an ounce of breast milk to make an excellent frothy titbeer!

JULY 14th and 22nd I'll be DJ'in. First of all, to everyone who has written me emails, letting me know they want me back at Acrop, THANK YOU!!! Second, I will be there on Friday the 14th, and Saturday the 22nd to play music for not only some of the hottest dancers I have ever seen, but they are also some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Acrop is without a doubt, one of the best clubs in Oregon. It's a landmark. So please, if you know me, be there on those nights. If you don't know me, be there anyway. Very hot talent and very good deals. I jsut got through writing a review for "stars cabaret" - boy was I screwed over. This place, though not "classy" is as decent a place as most all other strip clubs in portland. A woman by the name "Infinity" works there and she is absolutely amazing in every way. From all the places I've went, she is as talented as ANY stripper with the pole. You should go out of your way to see if she works and check her out, its MEGA worth it.

The steaks is as good as I could grill and I've grilled for 20 years. The drinks are cheap and strong. The cover charge is only $4.00 - the waitresses may be overworked but they DO care about you getting good service. The salad bar is not TOP notch, but it is easily average and no turn-offs at all. This place is not about glitz or being trendy, its about talent, beauty, and great food.

Just do it.

What happened?!. I have been going to the Acropolis for years. I am very dissapointed that the Dj who has worked there for the last year or so has either quit or been fired. He would sometimes shave what looked like horns on the sides of his head. I thought this was weird, but my wife found it hilarious. We went there on Saturday and left because the new DJ sounds like an auctioneer. Why would they hire someone like that? It's annoying. I can only imagine that the Dj who is gone now is on to bigger and better things. It is not going to be the same without you. If you are reading this, please let us know where you are working now, so we can buy you a beer.

Acropolis: Portland's best adult playground. Straight-shooter Portlanders like me have known about the Acropolis for years. I've seen the owner feed the fireplace and invited a waitress (many are so beautiful I'd like to see THEM on stage) to my brother's wedding. That's how good it is. If you're from NYC or LA and want a great meal with drop-dead gorgeous dancers and a musical mix that's neither all hair metal nor all wussy rap for white suburbanites, come to the Acropolis. Some things in this town haven't been ruined yet by the hipster hordes.

Not to bad for the price!!!. For the price this is a great deal. The steak is so yummy and cheap. You get so much for the money. The variety of beers on draft are a bargian as well. The stripers are very fun to talk to and watch. As a couple we felt very at home and comfortable with all the others there to eat at watch!!! We had a blast and enjoyed the audiance as well!!!!

Turned Down Party. I had a party planned for my boyfriend, several people came up from out of town, and when we showed up, they told us we couldn't come in. We had to have the party in a studio .

You have to try it... I was a little terrified of getting a $4 steak at a strip club when my friend suggested we go there for "dinner". However, once we got the food and the booze, I was extremely impressed. The steak was really good, and it comes with fries/potato and texas toast. The both of us were stuffed, and for only $15 bucks total (incl. beer). I would have to say one of the best steak houses around.
