Tips for Associate Jewelers

Great service and quality. My family and I have been using associate jewelers for more than 20 years. I have always received excellent service. Kim is who I always deal with. I could not be happier with the value and quality that they provide. I have found designs at mall retail stores that I like and he has always been able to make the same design with higher quality diamonds and heavier gold for much less than I would have paid in the mall. Whether it is a photo or something you have sketched, Kim has the ability to make your jewelry for you.

I rarely write reviews, but after a google search for their phone number, I saw that horrible review and had to post a more accurate representation of the quality that they provide. I value that I can call Kim and give him a price range for what I need and he brings me diamonds in to look at that are all amazing. There is great value in his integrity and quality from years of experience.

Kim always gives me a quote in writing with my receipt when I order or receipt of possession when I drop off my item. I find it highly unusual that Veronique was as surprised as she says. The price she claims is too good to be true.

Beware. Kim, in charge of repairs, quoted me $10 for the repair of 3 broken silver chains plus resizing a ring, thanks to a discount from a $50 coupon I obtained at a show last year. The total would have then been about $60 which made sense. When I went to pick up the items three days later, he and his robotic helper told me I owed $195!!! No explanation, when I protested, the amount became $80... I was too stunned to pursue it further as I should have. Do not entrust any business to these thieves. In addition, Kim has serious anger management issues (his jaundiced complexion seems to show that this anger has been a long standing issue, damaging his liver...), his communication was curt and condescending throughout. The work was OK but I have had chains repaired elsewhere with perfect results and no outrageous bills. Stay away, warn your friends.
