The first time I went to Apple Music, the employees seemed a bit cheesy and not wanting to help me a lot. I thought the store was so-so, but I liked Showcase Music better. Then I went out looking for a new guitar with a friend who used to work at Apple and knows all the guys there. They then completely valued me and helped me out all they could. Their prices were fair and the guys working in the acoustic shop all remembered me. I've now spent close to $3500 in there and have been fine when the things I've purchased there need repairs. They do it quickly there and then, tell me what they did, don't charge me, and let me play what I want. So when I was having my main electric repaired there, I checked out some acoustics. I'm not a big acoustic player, don't know a whole ton about them, but I needed one. Apple's staff knew about everything they had in stock and helped me out to soon make a $2000 purchase. This is THE place to go for Epiphone and Gibson electrics and acoustics. They have a few Fenders (used) from time to time, but a good place to go for a good Fender selection with a good staff is Showcase Music. Try to befriend Apple's employees if you want to be taken seriously. Otherwise, you won't like this store. But if you are serious and they know you, it's a GREAT store.

Pros: Great selection of Gibsons and Epiphones, knowedgable and helpful staff

Cons: No Fender gear, need to know the employees and what you're talking about to be helped

Well, I'm glad I didn't run into any of the "rude" guys at Apple Music! Because of these reviews, I went in there thinking I'd be made a fool of... quite the opposite. I'm not rich; I'm not extremely knowledgable about guitars; I'm not an incredible musician. I received excellent service. They have a NO refund/return policy (hate that), which devastated me after my 1st purchase there (I didn't like what I had chosen). I called the person that sold it to me (he gave me his business card with his cell phone #) the evening I bought it... he told me no worries, we'll find you something. What a relief. I went in the following week and special ordered a guitar. I've had it for 2 weeks and I love it. He went well out of his way to help me and I spent hours in the small store at least twice. The man knows guitars and if you're looking, I'd suggest you go! Pricing was great, too... they don't want to lose sales to internet pricing and chain stores, so I got a good deal: a $930 guitar for $650. I've been looking for a long time, so I know that their prices are fair. Very satisfied!

Pros: helpful, selection of good guitars

Cons: parking isn't ideal
