I took my family here for an early morning Sunday breakfast and it was fabulous. Wonderful service, delicious food and so beautiful and classy inside. I don't necessarily recommend the corn flake french toast, but I can attest to everything else my family ordered, especially the eggs Benedict and waffle.

This recommendation speaks directly to the Velvet Lounge cafe/bar to the right as you enter Mother's. The black, ivory and gold tones and eye catching chandeliers set the scene for elevated casualness. Sit at the granite bar or in one of the cozy banquets. Coffee and pastry in the mornings followed up by cocktails and small bites in the afternoon.

Have some meatloaf, honey!. Are you hungry for some good old down home cooking? Well this is the place for you. None of that fancy schmanzy food you find at the "trendy" restaurants... just simple home cooking, and a wonderful atmosphere to boot! The service is prompt and friendly. It's a busy place, and for good reason!

WOW! WOW! WOW!. Mother's is truly the best! Every meal I have ever had (I go there all the time!) is amazing. The staff is also so beautiful, It's been a while since I have seen such a good looking staff & the Chef, Lisa Schroeder, ... WOW she's the greatest!

Another hidden secret is bar, everyone should check it out, you won't regret it.

Home cookin'. Mother's is one of my favorites. I've been there many times and always had a great meal. It's packed on any given day, so reservations are a must. Try to save room for dessert, which is one of the highlights. Love the volcano cake. The bar is great, too, dark and cozy like Dad's den. Good coffee drinks.
