Brilliant expertise, wonderful customer service. Dean & Diane were so wonderfully helpful in custom making my wife's engagement/wedding set. I appreciate the work they do and how thoughtfully kind they are--they go the extra mile in customer service and product quality.

Great value, great customer service. After being referred to Dean and Diane, I am a customer for life. They treated us like we were family. They are wonderful people, have beautiful diamonds, a great selection, and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them.

Good reputation, horrible customer service. I had a terrible experience here. I was refered by a friend, but treated with such disrespect. I was treated horribly in front of other customers and embarrased. I was reminded that I was lucky they were even helping me. I took my business elsewhere and a suggest you do as well. There are a lot of great jewelers in Portland who offer customer service as well as expertise.

Great Customer Service , Great Selection , Excellent Quality. Very honest people to deal with , proffesional , quality of service that is just not found very much around anywhere. I highly recommend to any honest person seeking quality service ! I am a life time customer since that moment. Thankyou again !!!
