Party central during local events.. The Scene
During Portland's hedonistic Rose Festival, the balconies of this waterfront establishment are frequently packed with revelers. The rest of the year, mid-budget businesspeople and off-season tourists fill the 140 rooms on its five floors. Downstairs, the Riverside Bar is a long-established watering hole where guests hang out to play endless rounds of video poker.

The Details
The well-stocked rooms offer more than just standard amenities, such as office supplies and video games. Waterfront Park is home to most of Portland's notable summertime events, which celebrate Cinco de Mayo, blues, roses, food and beer. This excellently located hotel is right across the street, which means it gets rockin' during the warmer months.

Great location, room. Hotel is right on the light-rail stop, next to the Rock Bottom Brewery and McCall Waterfront Park. Extremely close to everything, 40 min light-rail right from PDX Airport. Room was fantastic, staff was excellent and super helpful, bar was nice and having Internet access was nice. Totally recommend Four Points Sheraton!

Mrs. Betty Pratt. As I had read a prior review, I was a bit concerned; however, reservations were exactly as we had requested; amenities were what you would find in an upscale motel. Desk staff was very efficient and polite.

Price was very reasonable for downtown Portland. Hotel/Motel is a bit dated; however, if it weren't, the rate would be much higher!
