FILTERTALET's friendly and helpful staff have worked with me to find a freelance position that suited my skill set and has worked out fabulously. I look forward to continuing my partnership with them in the future to help me find positions that not only fit my skill set but also satisfy my creative needs as well. I never hesitate to contact FILTERTALENT if I have any questions or concerns.
Pros: They match you with jobs that fit your experience,skills, and talent.
Cons: Can take a while to get a job that the right "fit"

I recently called FILTER and the person that answered was extremely courteous and helpful. I did not receive the same impression from other agencies that either seemed fake or like they wanted to rush and get off the phone as soon as possible. They asked me to register on their website, and after doing so followed up within a few days and scheduled a time for me to come meet them, as they said they are busy and do not take walk-ins. The interview I had was very helpful in that I felt I received honest feedback on my resume and portfolio, which again can be hard to come by. The entire experience was a positive one and I will definitely recommend them to my friends who are designers.
Pros: nice people, large client list
Cons: inquired for my friend - portland doesn't currently place photographers
