While I was satisfied with the temp job I completed working through this company, the experience I had with the agency staff was horrible. As others have said, Zeta was unnecessarily rude and condescending. I am a university student in the top 10% of my class with clear career goals, and she spoke to me like I was a complete idiot who will never succeed in life. Considering that all I was looking for was a one-time temp job to make some extra money, her lecture was not only irrelevant but downright insulting. I also got a phone call from another very disrespectful person at the agency who questioned my career goals without bothering to read my file or resume. I don't plan on working with them again.

Let me just say that I am not related to Zeta or her staff in any way, and I only recently met her. My experience was NOT at all like those of the negative reviewers below. I found her to be kind, empathetic and very professional. Yes, she is to the point and knows her business. Do you want a good job or not? I would follow her advice.

I like that the last review was posted by Zeta's family member. THE WORST THING ABOUT STAFFING SOLUTIONS IS ZETA. She should be careful who she is rude to on the street because you never know who people know, she is a bitter, ugly person that thinks she is better than everyone else.

Zeta is unproffesional and I had done some work through Staffing Solutions and when the job was completed she would not return my calls or e-mails, she wants nothing to do with people unless they are doing something for her. I would go to any other staffing agency.

THE BEST OF STAFFING SOLUTIONS IS ZETA. I started a whole new career thanks to Zeta. People need to know she has been in this business for 20+ years and cares about people. She wants to make sure every person she interviews get to their dreams.

Off her meds?. I concur with the previous review. I've never experienced anything like it, except for the time I had the bipolar roommate. I particularly like how she talks to you like you're an idiot and then refers to the receptionist as her "assistant". There's so much wrong here, I don't know where to start. Very odd. Felt like maybe I fell down the rabbit hole. Does she have a strategy I'm not aware of?

I'm not sure how the staff can take it, as they all seemed fairly normal. Unprofessional. Inappropriate. I mentioned it to a friend and she knew EXACTLY who I was talking about and had a similar experience last year.

Negative job agents. I went to Staffing Solutions thinking they would help place me in a temp position since that is their purpose. While they did put me on their lists, the job agent who helped me (Zeta) was very negative. I was given the impression that she was there talking to me only because she had to not because she actually wanted to. They may turn out to be a great temp agency, but the customer service used was not great. She criticized my degree choice and was overall incredibly negative about the whole job part. I understand that the economy is hard and I could get a better job if I went to more school and got my master's degree, but she took that to a whole new level. I don't know if the other agents are like her, but I felt she was disrespectful and condescending.
