Best Madeleines in town. I love this place. I used to work downtown and would crave their coffee, their lemon poppyseed scones and most especially their Madeleines. Every time I go downtown to hit Powells, I try to stop here. I crave their Madeleines the absolutely most perfect, feathery light, buttery lemony little cakes in the world.

Best turkey sandwich in Portland!. The only thing I have had here are their turkey sandwiches, which are delicious. I'm craving one right now! The service is friendly. It does take them a little while for them to make your food, probably because they're growing the lettuce, it's that fresh. Order ahead and your taste buds will thank you!

great pastries. Great pastries I come and hung out here after culinary school. I am hopping to buy one of their cakes soon, yum!

old school bakery. this store is a little weathered but still has the best pastries and cakes in the city! it has an old school charm that i dig, from pastries to lighting. they say they are going to upgrade the inside in the fall?
