Had a pair of jeans, and casual pants shortened. They would not make a fitting appointment via telephone, so had to wait when I arrived. When I came to get my garments, they could not locate them. They asked ME to sort through all the hanging customer orders to find my pants. After about 15 mins, found my stuff. Quality was fine, but I won't be back. They don't know they are in a Service industry.

I've patronized DZ Alterations a few times over the past couple of years. She has done consistently great work on my simple jobs (hemming / bringing-in Jeans) that i'm going to give them "a go" at shaping an overcoat and blazer. My experiences have given me enough confidence to trust them with rather expensive articles and refer family and friends - which i suppose is the best rating of all. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the pricing is fantastic ~~ right about $12 for hemming pants while bringing up the seams... plus they're quite fast.
Pros: Pricing, high-quality work, friendly employees
Cons: Parking can be difficult in that part of downtown, quite near I-405 & Lincoln HS
