Not sure what the negativity is about.... I'm not sure what all the negativity is about... This is a busy liquor store where I have seen everything from bums to businessmen. In my experiences, the staff can range from lazy to incredibly helpful, just like any other business. I think I have seen the owner (I'm not sure if it is him or just another staff member) on the floor a few times helping customers, but it is a rare treat as he is extremely knowledgable about every Scotch and other whiskey around. Good selection, normal prices (set by the OLCC), and okay location make this a good place for me.

Employees are very unhelpful (just like the 1st person said). I still go to this place just because it's the closest to my house, but I wish there was another liquor store around. The guys always rush you and act like you're taking up too much of their time if you have a question. I went in here 2 days ago and was looking for a specific bottle that I had heard about on the radio. I asked the guy behind the counter and he looked at me like I was an idiot before giving me the wrong bottle. (I believed him until I got home and tasted it.) This is not the only bad experience I've had with this place, only the most recent. My friend also said that she had one of the employees be VERY rude to her because she asked them what brand to buy. They do have decent prices, but I would guess that the second guy commenting on this place probably works here.

Product selection and service. This liquor store has so much product it had to double its size just to contain it ! Largest selection of Single Malts, Bourbons, Tequila, Vodka, and Liqueurs. Good Gin, Rum, Scotch, Irish and Canadian selection also. Lots of LOCAL products ! Lots of pints and miniatures. All your bar supply products and mixers. Smokes and sodas. All this and they very knowledgeable sales staff !! If the OLCC would let this place sell beer, wine, champagne, cigars and chocolate.... OMG ! You would never have to go anywhere else.... except home ! I highly recommend taking a look.

WORST LIQUOR STORE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!. The employees lie and tell you that they do not carry things if you try to buy a cheap bottle of liquor. They do carry Potters and Monarch but they will lie and say they don't. to trick you into buying name brand bottles. They tricked me this way several times until a local bartender informed me that they do carry such items in the back. Today when I tried to call the guy on it, he admitted he had just lied to me but that he can't go to the back because he was the only employee working. However, when I made a stink about waiting ten minutes for him to help another customer and then refusing to grab me a bottle he asked another employee to help me. It took 15 seconds for the other employee to grab me the bottle. This company is full of dishonest employees.
