Best service in the industry. Best most knowledgeable staff in Portland. If you have a question about anything tobacco related they will know the answer. For cigars, ask for Andrew, Aaron or Bill, For magazines ask for Sam, and for Pipes ask for Bill or Steve. These people have superior experience in these matters.

Best Cigar and Magazine selection anywhere. I had never been into a cigar store that had such great service until I went to Richs'. Excellent selection of cigars and magazines. The people there helped me choose the best cigar for my taste and my nephews. I moved to New York for a year in '05 and had them mail order me cigars. They were fast and inexpensive. Im always there to help support local businesses with great people.

Rich's is (excuse me), SMOKKKIN"!. Being a pipe smoker, this place is a sheer delight for me (and my wife) whenever we go in here, and has been for many years. An absolutely huge selection of pipes and tobaccos are here, and the tobaccos are both from dealers such as Butera and Dunhill, as well as a wide selection of house blends. The pipes range from cheap to expensive, and all range from standard to works of art. I just bought a $200 Gourd Calabash here, and it's fantastic. Great selection of unique cigarette brands for my wife. Another place that I'd move into if they'd let me.

Cigars, yes magazines great. The cigars selection is great and well stored. The best thing about this place is the wonderful selection of magazines with a great selection of European magazines. Parking is what you would expect.
