Caveat Renter. No change since Nov 2006. Staff make all the sounds of concern, but it isn't real. Beware their legal team. Do not believe a word anyone tells you. Know that the lease you sign will bear no resemblance to how your tenancy is actually managed. If you complain, they will find a way to turn it against you. I speak for a number of tenants all with the same experience. I've ended up feeling like a frightened prisoner in my own home. Pay more and rent elsewhere. Do not contract with this company unless you can afford to lose sleep, peace of mind, and money.…
