We booked a room based on the great reviews we read here. However I was extremely disappointed with my stay. We had a garden spa room, which I will admit the jacuzzi and balcony was amazing. The room however was run down, worn paint in the bathroom, chipped tiles, it also smelled like smoke when we entered. I also booked the room based on the '24 hour room service' promise. Upon arrival I found this was not the case. I was told the staff could "go to Pita Pit if I really wanted something, but this was not the norm. I found that to be blatant false advertising. I will not be back.

We had a bad night but the Hotel graciously gave us a refund. Our thanks to the General Manager. Thank You!
Cons: Way too noisy, especially for the price!
