I have never in my enire life been so disappointed, insulted and in disbelief with such a unprofessional & BAD "BUSINESS!" This is not a business or establishment you want to take your furry loved one too...Trust me! The owners were all very rude, not polite, have no concept of customer service or respect but I will say the only employee there that didnt talk badly or treat my Shih Tzu BADLY was a older gentleman that worked the front desk. The service was worse than Ive ever seen anywhere, the owner's friend verbally assaulted me when I came to pick my Piper up, asking me, "What the f*** I was staring at" when I was sitting waiting for them to take him out of a 1x1' cage they locked him in unattended and than proceeded to call me a "B**** and C***" when I asked her if she was seriously talking to me?" I could not believe what I was being treated like, they literally rushed me out the door, AFTER I paid, my puppy was traumatized, literally is still sitting in the corner of room not responding to a treat Im trying to offer him. I am filing a complaint with BBB and police report, the woman followed me out telling me to go "F*** myself!" Completely in shock right now, scared my puppy was abused they complained about him drooling the whole time and I have NEVER had such complaint anywhere...EVER of this AND why would you continue to attack my dog and myself...AFTER I paid and than the woman owner stands there the entire time while her friend is on some drug high or something going off on me, seriously a nightmare CUSTOMER BEWARE, and I am a very easy to please person but am so offended and disgusted with this slum hole that I WILL be persuing further steps to make sure noone else has to go through with what I just had to endure! DO NOT take your pet here, please understand this place is a front...and his haircut is AWFUL!!…
I have been taking my dog to Cat-N-Doggie Do's now for 7 years. They do a fabulous job, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone! The owners are great!
Exceptional Service.
I used to take my dogs to a groomer in Lake Oswego and ended up by being asked to have them both under anestezia as the groomer said she can't handle them as they do bite. Now, one is a 5 years old
Shi-Tzu and one an 11 years old Cooker Spaniel. I knew the older one can be very stubborn, got shocked about the little one beying so called way to vicious to this groomer.
I decided to try Cat-N-Doggie Do's and I was exceptionaly pleasantly suprised when they did a wonderful job with both of my dogs in about two hours, no complaints and no sleeping pills for any of them.
The owner is wonderful, the groomers down to earth, very patient and with lots of experience on how to handle animals.
they will have my dogs as clients for life as I can say, after so many tries to find a groomer close to me in Lake Oswego, that I can't be more happy and satifsied, not to mention that the prices are very reasonable and the service is amazing, fast and of high quality. I will rather drive from lake Oswego to this salon for my dogs as I can't even describe how happy I am and how good my dogs look after the visit there.
I would recomend this salon to any owner of a pet, mostly, I would further recomend this place highly for any owners out there with a pet that has a bit of difficult behaviour as my 11 years old cooker. I am telling you, they handle him as pros even when I know and was told before he is a chalenge to work with.
I LOVE THOSE PEOPLE, I LOVE THE WORK THEY DID TO MY PETS!…
Suprised and Happy!.
I wouldn't have thought that a shop stuck in a yucky strip mall on Powell and 82nd would have been so great! Our two little dogs were in desperate need of attention. Because of bad grooming
experiences, we had let their nails go for a long time.
Our little chihuahua/dauchsand mix, Rita, is especially anxious about nails...so we were very nervous she would hurt herself while being trimmed. At another shop, they muzzled and harnessed her. Her yelping, wrenching and struggling was horrible to watch and hear.
The Cat-n-Doggie Do staff scooped her up, took a two person approach, no muzzle, no harness...and viola! Done! Rita still wasn't thrilled, but comparing the experiences she's had, this was by far...a much better one. They listened to our concerns, reassured us, made it a 'no big deal' event and we were on our way.
I asked how 'bad Rita was on a 1/10 scale' and the groomer said she was a 7.5 or 8....but shrugged it off and was happy to help.
Also, the owner's husband, a self proclaimed retired guy who works part time in his wife's shop, is a delight. We will definately be back! The only thing lacking is atmosphere...but I would trade that any day to know our little ones are taken care of. Thanks!!…
Couldn't be happier!. I have a little four pound rescue pomeranian that I need to keep groomed since I can't really brush her every day with my bad shoulder. I stumbled upon this place about six months ago and have been really delighted. Angie is one of the two groomers there (the other being an owner) and I have loved her so much from the first time we went in that I just ask for her each time. My nervous little dog loves her - and that is saying an awful lot. Our previous groomer was less convenient and I had traveled a distance based on good reviews. But I never felt like she actually loved animals. That is not the case at Cat 'N Doggie Dos. They graciously accommodate my tiny rescue dog's special needs and let me wait within sight while she is being groomed. I highly recommend this place.…
