Great Movers

I have used this company twice now and both moves went great. The crews were friendly and everything made it in one piece. The office answered all of my questions and were very patient with me, even when I was overwhelmed by the job myself. The total cost was even under the estimate. I would recommend them to anyone that plans on moving.

Worst move ever!!!

I have moved over 10 times in the last 25 years and this was the worst experience I?ve ever had.

When the driver showed up (he was late because he didn?t have good directions to our residence) he had a van that was not large enough to put all of our furniture in. It took him almost three hours to do the inventory and then he told me he ran out of numbers and was it OK to load the items without numbering or listing them. There were about 40 items without numbers and not listed on the inventory sheets. I didn?t know what policy or regulation was regarding that but at that point I had little choice but to say yes!

With about two thirds of the truck filled he informed me he had run out of pads to wrap our belongings with. At that point he should have called his office and requested someone bring more blankets. He did not. Instead he used paper as best he could.

Later he informed me the Van was about full and there were several items left to be loaded but all of them could not fit on the truck. What was I to do???

As it turned out I had to put many of the items in my small car (Honda) and give the rest to my neighbors? Not a good beginning to a professional moving experience!!!

I asked the driver to have the coordinator call me and let me know the final weight and cost. The company came to do a job for me and was not equipped to do a professional job. They didn?t have a large enough Van, they didn?t have enough numbers for inventory and they didn?t have enough blankets to protect my belongings. Because of this many items were damaged.

Some of the damage was done on delivery and there was damage to the residence where they ran the men?s dresser into the wall and scraped the paint off the walls in some of the rooms.

I?m sure some interstate transportation regulations were broken while conducting this move and this will be reported
