Dont accept any purchases rom these people if you own an online store. They will take delivery of the merchandise and start placing flase chargebacks claiming they never received any merchandise just to steal your products.

horrible customer service. asked for an item. was having a good day and nicely told them that competitors price was a little lower and lady told me basically to go screw myself. messed my morning. will never set foot in that store again.

Honest Computer Sales and Repairs. I bought a custom PC from Pacific Solutions and I have been very satisfied. I know that this business is trustworthy for a number of reasons; My mother board died just 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty was up but they still honored the warranty and replace it for free. Because of their willingness to work with me on that warranty issue, when I was in the market to buy a netbook I had them order the exact one I wanted, at basically the same price as big-box store. Also to their credit, when I was in the market for a second PC monitor for a dual screen setup, they readily admitted that they didn't have the proper model in stock and that it would take a while to order. I have since happily purchased additional memory sticks, a video card and several other accessories. Thank you Pacific Solution. Highly recommended!

Last (perhaps only) Honest Shop. This place has done nothing but good work for me, every time. It would seem the techs there are actual geeks, seriously know their stuff! Twice I got my problem fixed on the spot, for free because it only took them 10 minutes to do! And they actually REMOVE just the virus's, not the cheap "we have to reinstall Windows, sorry", like some "other places" I have been.

I have never felt pressured to buy things I didn't need, often they even talk me out of the expensive item because I didn't actually need it! (read as: video card. ;-) )

This is the Only Place I will take my computer, they work miracles! (within reason... can't fix whats truly dead.) And they go Way out of their way to honor warranties.

Cant fix simple problems. I took my laptop to these guys when my Wireless was acting funny and they couldn't fix it. On top of that they still charged me $65 and were rude about it when I asked why I am being charged. I took it to another shop on Belmont and they fixed it for $50

Excellent computer shop!. This place has it all! Excellent customer service, great prices, great turn around time, and great products. The people there are excellent!
