In Short
Even without fancy furnishings, Pho Hung is a cut above other noodle houses and is usually bustling, though visitors rarely wait for a table. While each location has a slightly different feel (converted fast-food space, strip mall) the greeting is always warm and the vibe authentic. Pho--beef noodle soup--takes top billing. The tasty broth can be filled with various meat cuts, from sliced round steak to adventurous items like bible tripe and tendon.

can't say this was the best rice dishi've ever had, or even near it. it's rather pricey for the fare, but the atmosphere is very vietnamese. everyone inside eating was vietnamese and enjoying a coffee with the rest of their families. the pho was pretty good, but everything else was either hard, or slightly undercooked. would only eat the pho on occasion.

I love Pho Hung. I also like that they open at 9, so it's possible to eat pho for breakfast. They've got a great assortment of other Vietnamese foods, too, but their pho is the best around.

This restaurant has good service and very good vietnamese soup. Their service is very fast and the food is fresh and healthy. All I ever ate there is noodle soup which is very good.

What to Drink:
To cool things off, try the Vietnamese iced coffee. It's brewed right into your cup, with a layer of sweetened condensed milk at the bottom--pour the whole thing over ice for a sweet, caffeinated treat.
