The Best Weekend Bar/Club in Portland. Meadows is a great place full of a variety of people. The music turns from country earlier on in the evening to hip hop later on in the evening after a couple rounds of Karaoke. There is a large dance floor that does get crowded at times, but is a very nice place to shake your stuff. The food takes a while to get to you, but you're having so much fun you don't much care by the time you do get it. Drink prices are great, not too expensive and they are well poured. There are two bars one up front and one in back. The front bar gets very crowded sometimes, but a short trip to the back bar saves you a long wait. They've got several video poker/slot machines that are never full. The DJ on the weekends is amazing, and plays a great variety of music. The owners are very friendly people, and the bouncers are great as well. Every time I go there I full like I am at home,and very welcomed.
