I went to this Les Schwab to get a patch on a flat tire. I sat there for an hour and a half waiting. They were pretty busy so I didn't think much of it. I finally went to the counter to see how my car was doing and it turns out it had been finished for 45 minutes and no one had bothered to tell me it was ready even though I told them I would be waiting in the waiting area. The next morning, the tire was flat again. I went to another tire store only to learn that the tire was never patched in the first place. They basically only took off my spare, filled my old tire with air and sent me on my way. Not only a waste of my time and money but also potentially dangerous.

Les Schwab refused to honor their workmanship on a tire replacement that they had performed, which deflated within 50 miles. Furthermore, having placed the blame for the damage solely upon me, they made a false recommendation to replace all 4 tires, when clearly only 2 replacements were required.
