We are a design production company located in dowtown Portland. We handle high volume and high profile accounts. While we have been using Aztech Signs for several years, I wanted to take the opportunity to write a positive review in response to the previous entry. The owner is our sales representative and have always found hime to be responsive, creative, honest and fair. We have subjected them to numerous absurd deadlines and they have always come through. Our job is to make our clients look good. Aztech Signs understands that and comes through on every occasion. I will continue to give them our business as they continue exceed our requirements. Their service is very good, there product knowledge is thorough and they are always cominig up with creative solutions for us. We bring them into projects in the beginning as they frequntly provide creative, cost saving ideas.

If I could give them no stars, I would...

I don't often write reviews all that often. When I do, the company is either amazing or absolutely abysmal.I don?t write reviews all that often. When I do, the company is either amazing or absolutely abysmal. Unfortunately, AzTech Signs has forced me to write a review due to the latter reason. This company is terrible. They (including the owner of the shop) are non-responsive in every way possible. Your contact won't return phone calls no matter how many messages you leave, and ours failed to show up for a scheduled meeting and didn?t even call to reschedule. I had to do that. I had to practically beg to get the order to go forward. I called and physically visited the shop a day or two out of the week for 2 weeks before we could even get an estimate and files submitted. Once we got that far, I couldn't get a proof back so the job was pulled after another 2 weeks of waiting and begging for our contact to call me back. Let me say, I?m in the business of getting different products produced and I?ve never seen such a horrible performance by a company. Not in just one area, such as the proofing stage or something to that nature, no no, this company fails from beginning to end during the process of product production. Perhaps your experience will be better but the advice I can give is that this is a TERRIBLE COMPANY ? AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
