Great Atmosphere. We love this place. Very good food, never had a bad meal here. As one of previous reviewers noted, the service is excellent, far superior to many of the other restaurants in town. Great surroundings, very relaxed and unhurried atmosphere.

Train station piano bar meets classic steakhouse to deliver an exciting dining experience.. In Short
The jazz piano bar lends merriment and sophistication to the elegantly appointed dining room where Sinatra and Billy Joel tunes grace the dim-lit, intimate space. Many dishes are prepared tableside such as the Caesar salad for two and the Steak Diane with mushroom-port demi-glace. Anothe popular choices is the margarita prawn flambe with a jalapeno-tequila-herb sauce. Save room for the signature tableside-flamed Bananas Foster.

Nice little place.... Went during happy hour, which had a nice selection of $3.00 happy hour munchies, which were very tasty (the calamari and spring rolls were especially tasty). The drinks were cold, and the bartender was funny. All in all, very laid back and relaxing atmosphere. Will come back for an after-work drink again.

One of my favorite Portland restaurants. We eat at Wilf's about once per year, and enjoy it immensely. The dining experience generally takes 2-3 hours, making it a very relaxing way spend to the evening. Nothing about the courses are rushed, yet the ambience is such that you are not feeling ignored or wanting things hurried. A pianist is usually entertaining the guests, and the announcements of the arrivals and departures of the trains make this restaurant and enjoyable dining experience. Wilf's continues to be on our list of restaurants for special occasions...and the Bananas Foster is the best!

great service, great food!. My fiance and I kept thinking about going to "that" restaurant in the Train Station. Finally, after a few months we ventured in and were taken back by two things initially...1- the elegance of the place and 2- the great live jazz. We were seated right away and enjoyed a fantastic meal and even better service. I am always amazed when a restaurant makes you feel like family and our waitress did just that.....We've gone back 3 times since then and they know us by name. I'm amazed that this place isn't on everyone's culinary map. I've told all my friends.
