Deep reds, minimal lighting, wood tabletops and glamorous drapes define the simple rectangular space. Surprising touches--a tiny kitchen with a chandelier and broken eyeglasses mounted like butterflies--add a kitsch elegance. Patrons dine on crepe variations, including the Faux Vegan, creme fraiche and spinach complemented by a crimini mushroom sauce. Le Trash Blanc combines buckwheat with bacon and cheddar. For dessert, the sweet, white-flour crepes with marionberry preserve and fresh whipped cream is a must.

One of the best places I've ever been to. The dinner and dessert crepes come in different varieties. I ordered one of each, brought them home, ate them cold, and they were STILL delicious! I would say out of uniqueness, price, and quality, I would give this my highest rating. The service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is similar to Montage; dim, candle-lit, romantic or a late-night setting. It is again under the highway, in a little shack of a place you wouldn't look twice at. You'll leave thinking you know some place special no one else does.

The savory crepe, faux vegan was divine. The creme fraiche was a bit too much, but it melded perfectly with the mushrooms and spinach. The time it took to order to table was waaaay too long. It took about 30 minutes. Really? It only takes 3 minutes to cook a crepe. Oh well, it was worth the wait. The service was attentive and refilled our drinks quickly and had genuine mini-conversations.

Le Happy has a large selection of both savory and sweet crepes - most for under $10. They also serve good cocktails. It's a pretty small place with a cozy atmosphere. They also have a game area where you can grab games to play (Connect 4!).
