Trumped up bar totals.. Pay cash at this establishment. I've paid with a Visa twice now, same server both times, and she has changed the tip & total higher than I've authorized. Both times I have tipped 20% for service, so I'm a little angry at her audacity and gall. I'm unable to contact the bar owner or manager about it, so I'm having to file a dispute form with my bank. This is out & out stealing, if she were my employee she'd be out of a job.

T-bar Delivers!. Read about T-Bar in a music mag long time ago. This time in Stumptown was able to give it a go and I can say the night lived up to the hype. Great music, strong drink, cool crowd, and fine females. Impressive display

of a solid vibe and good fun that was either unavailable or non-existent at other spots I visited. Keep it up - I did!

This place is rude to its neighbors. Not a neighborhood friendly place. Plays loud music constantly, has obnoxious people hanging out outside, and is inconsiderate. The staff inside, as another reviewer states, acts as though they are there as a courtesy to you. Drinks are okay, food is pretty terrible. The crowd, one of Portland's worst.

Will go again. I just went here for a friend's birthday and it was my first time going. The live band karoke was good, and bad singers were at a minimum. Though I didn't sample the cuisine, the drinks were made well and were reasonably priced. Bartenders and staff were friendly and called me "sweety," which always gets them a plus in my eyes. The only minus is on space, way overcrowded even on a Thursday night and seating was kind of hard to get at times, and although bar staff were doing their best to keep up with the lines, it did take a while to get drinks.

A dark, grungy party scene with Asian accents.. In Short
Loud, lively and very, very dark, this bar is dominated by its long, wooden bar painted in tiger stripes. Rough brick and black paint create an industrial-meets-jungle atmosphere that is softened by a laid-back, friendly vibe. Late night crowds come from nearby rock shows or after shifts at other bars and restaurants. DJs or live music is featured nightly. The menu includes a range of Asian dishes, from lumpias (crispy Filipino egg rolls) to curries.
