I had a camera I loved for 8 years - when it couldn't be fixed Sony Only referred me to Pro Photo Supply. I didn't know how to convey what I desired but had to buy a camera for an upcoming trip. I'm a hobbyist who relies on my camera to record my interior design work and research and for the love of photo art. After hours on two different days I bought a camera which after 2 weeks I hated - it didn't live up to it's brand at all. They welcomed me back with open arms - Kyle (really knowledgeable) took a look at my old camera which this time I brought along. He quickly showed me options - I walked out with what I REALLY wanted and needed. I am IN LOVE with my new camera! So many members of staff were ready to help out - I won't go anywhere else! I was given a gift of $900 to spend on an SLR and ran to Pro Photo Supply to supply this wonderful gift. However, I could not get one person to wait on me, could not get anyone to answer a question. I left, walked around the block, decided I really wanted to spend my money locally, thought maybe it was just a bad moment and went back. Not a bad moment - a bad shop. I will never go there again. Maybe I don't look like a young, hip photographer, but I have talent and now, from somewhere else, the camera to go with it.
Pros: nothing
Cons: rude, dismissive staff - could not get them to sell me anything!
