They lost our orchids!.
We gave them our orchids to care for because they had a program where for a monthly fee they would care for the orchids in their greenhouse. Turns out that they do not have a greenhouse and simply drop off your orchids to a third party that has "over 10,000 orchids" in their greenhouse. Calls and emails went unanswered for weeks and when they finally called to tell us (after repeated demands) that our orchids were ready for pick up and we went down to collect them they were not even the same TYPE of orchid! Only 2 of the 14 were the same!
The owner is insulting and we have been told that unless we seek legal remedies there is nothing he can do!
Look anywhere else for your orchids.

RETURN POLICY. I bought an orchid from them about a month ago and it's already dead. I have a whole collection of orchids - so I am having a hard time believing it was my fault. I am now stuck with a dead orchid because of their return policy: NO REFUNDS ON PERISHABLE MERCHANDISE (ORCHIDS). STORE CREDIT ON NON-PERISHABLE MERCHANDISE (POTS) WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
