Best kept secret in Portland!. This is a perfect example of why we should preserve the realm of small businesses. The staff is warm and friendly and the service in the showroom and in the field was outstanding. Our installers were professional and did a terrific job, the sale guy that came out originally was incredibly knowlegeable and honest about our project and when we stopped in the showroom we were greeted with smiles and treated like gold! Nice fabrics. Poor Service.. Rose City's showroom is small and friendly. They had our home's old specs on file from the previous homeowner, which was great. Unfortunately they did a hasty installation job and damaged some of our newly painted wood siding, then didn't repair it very well. Also didn't inform us of some important product info. Buyer Beware.…
