Manager runs ad on CL that shows monthly $ rent amount but can't answer straight question over phone about app. fee & deposit to move in.

Find out after get there the "wiring in place won't handle any microwave in room","microwave not allowed".

Didn't bother to see common bathrooms.I'd probably end up having to clean these myself.

Another plus he included in a CL ad was proximity to his favorite neighborhood booze establishment.

Rude Front Desk. I thought I would try this place because of the nice ad, but the front desk man seemed like he used to work at an old school junk car salvage yard. More like a downtown YMCA. I don't know how a business can hire a gruff, mean sounding employee unless they don't care or have trouble finding good people. I would be very careful about staying here, it's in a high crime area ...unfortunately.
