We have been ordering flower arrangements and gift baskets from Jacobsen's for years! Patricia Jacobsen is an amazing women that has a top notch business in the industry. The arrangements are beautiful and classy! Anytime we receive or send an arrangement or gift basket, multiple comments are made about it about how incredible it is. Truly the best in Portland and always has been! They deliver everywhere and ship too. We just can't say enough....Jacobsen's takes pride in their business and it shows!
