This business did a great job!
I had my very dirty car detailed (own two large dogs that travel with me daily) and some minor body work completed. They were very timely, polite and did a super job for a fair price!
LOVE the fact that are located close-in Portland - didn't have to drive to timbuktu!

Abject Service. They scratched my car on the right rear and when I brought it up they denied it and then proceeded to rub the scratches with a rag and say they were dirt marks! Do Not GO Here!! I was initially impressed with the friendly demeanor of everyone at Collision Rebuilders. That changed when they didn't even address all the issues I went in for; then mentioned they hadn't done all the work as I was on MY WAY OUT after I had already paid the deductible! It took much longer than I had been told. When I called to check on my vehicle the owner offered to pay for a rental car, I was happy with that offer. I was however not happy when I was billed for the car. I called Enterprise, they said they were very sorry, but Mike the owner had done this several times before and they would try to get in touch with him for me. They take advantage of young girls and then patronize them by asking, "how do you know what a tear down is?"…
Artistry in Restoration. I own a now once again beautiful 1987 Mercedes SDL that was damaged badly on the driver side and sadly considered parting out. She needed new doors, fender and and frame adjustment. They gave me a great, fair bid and high quality work and everything is as good as new. I am impressed; my friends are impressed. I have restored cars in the past and am no novice. The attitude, the workmanship and the pricing are excellent. Also-- in business since 1943 and the experience shows. A+…
great service. I took my car here after a minor accident. Before they fixed the car they marked with detail all of the dents and scratches and nicks on it and then told me what they would fix as per the accident and insurance claim. With this information, I think it would be difficult for them to deny if they had caused any damage. When I picked up my car, it looked better than it did even before the wreck, it practically looked new. I was very happy with the service and everybody in the shop was friendly and helpful, they even took care of all the rental car arrangements.…
Fixed my car in a jiffy!. Recently my car was rear ended and my bumper was destroyed. I took it into Collision Rebuilders for my first estimate and everyone in the shop was very friendly and gave me a good feeling about their work. I decided it wasn't necessary to get any other estimates and left my car with Collision Rebuilders. The front desk called Enterprise and set me up with a rental for the next few days. While waiting for the new bumper the folks at the shop called me often to keep me updated on the process. A couple days later my car was finished and to my delight it looked like brand new! The best part is that they completely washed the inside and outside of my car so it was nice and shiny as I drove off. Apparently, they have a detailing service and I'll bring it to them next time I want to get it shined up. Hopefully I am not involved in any future accidents, but if I have that kind of bad luck again I'll be bringing my car back to this shop!…
