I had my car looked at for a second opinion. Bob and Steve family owned business treat you as family. They will give an honest advice. If you live in that area. I called on the phone to get a quote on a new oil pan from this place. They refused to quote the price of the part or the labor, saying "just bring it in and then we'll talk". Every other place I talked to was very up front about the price of parts and labor. I'd say "1994 Honda Accord EX - Oil Pan" and they would respond "$147.53 and 1.8 hours labor @ $45 / hr". Not this place. Clearly, they are hiding something. They want the naive customers they can fleece, and the savvy customers they willingly throw away to shop elsewhere. Buyer beware.

Cons: Overpriced, slow, no quotes.
