Good: The NDs will sit down with you and comprehensively discuss your medical issues and concerns. They can collect blo od for lab tests and look at all possible causes of symptoms and issues, rather than going for the "quick-fix." Bad: The office is pretty ratty, reminding me of my first college apartment. The upstairs of the old house smelled like cat urine (I sure hope that's not what it was). The bottle of natural stress-reducing supplements was nearly $50 (hard to swallow). And I agree with the other commenter - the office staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional. They behaved like a bunch of high school girls in a locker room. I was pretty shocked, and embarrassed for them.

The office staff could have and should have informed me that my doctor was running late. But they didn't. I was in that waiting room for a good half hour before the doctor came to get me, and I wasn't the only one twiddling my thumbs. There were others waiting at least as long as I, and the office staff acted like we weren't even there. Except at one point, two of them were giggling and whispering to each other and pointing at me. When I met their gaze, they burst into laughter. However, they did not share the "joke." My doctor was great, but hell if I'm going back. Any place that makes fun of their patients, at their expense, is no place I'm spending my money.
Pros: Dr. Kaplan is very gentle
Cons: Clueless staff, parking
