Honest Great Quality Service!. I had gone to Franks shop previously for a loose bolt in my engine. Recently I was hit by someone who ran a stop sign and I knew exactly where to take my car to be fixed! They helped me deal with the insurance company which took a lot of stress off on my end. I had whiplash and Frank offered me a ride home which was so awesome! They never pressured me to make a decision to take total loss money fixing car or ditching it. I do not have a phone and Dawn would email me keeping me updated. They did a great job fixing up my little 92 Toyota and made this process very smooth as I knew they would. :] View Less … View More
excellent customer and technical service. They provided excellent customer service and did more than most to find parts and repair my car. Best mechanic shop in Portland.
Terrific!. After major disasters at Entler's, I went to Frank Warren's. Number one service. Reasonable prices. No complaints at all.
Best Auto Service.
I was on my way through town when my charge light came on. Thank God Frank Warrens could help me out!! They got me in, changed my
alternator & I was on my way. Still made it to my destination on time.
Thank all of you at Frank Warrens!
You were great.

Not Recommended.
The windshield wiper switch on my car broke. I brought it into Warrens Auto because it was convenient and well recommended on citysearch.
They quoted me replacement was $100 parts + $150 labour.
After looking into it myself, I realized you could replace the part using just a screwdriver, whole thing just takes 10 minutes. They refused to revise their labour estimate even after I explained this.
Eventually I just purchased a replacement part on ebay for $20 and did it myself.
Oh, and they said my CV boot was kinked up, and needed to be stretched out and reinstalled. I gave them the goahead, and they uninstalled the CV boot, were unable to unkink it, and reinstalled the CV kinked boot. They charged me for this.
