Unassuming little children's shop tucked into a small basement level space in the heart of Nob Hill, filled with wee clothes, toys & accessories. Good for baby shower shopping!
Kid Shoes. I just wanted to let all you Mom's know that this is a GREAT place to get "flexible" kid sandles. Flexability is my first requirement when looking for kid shoes.
A Jewel!. This is the BEST children's clothing and accessory store - they carry all the high end brands with none of the attitude. Amazing unique outfits, reasonably priced, all geared for play. Excellent customer service, they will special order items for you. One of the few stores to carry ZUTANO in the Portland area.
Outfit your little one from head-to-toe without going broke..
In Short
A few steps below steet level on Northwest 23rd lies a hidden treasure of kid's fashion at prices that real people can appreciate. Organization isn't the store's forte, but if you're willing to spend a few minutes searching, you'll be pleased to find the selection of wash-and-wear clothing for boys and girls up to ages 7 and 10, respectively. And it's not just the ordinary stuff--the tyke in your life will look dashing in Asian-print pajamas or a baby-sized tie-dye T-shirt. And when it comes to accessories, look no further. Mako carries a wide array of rain gear, wet-weather boots, hats and socks for small feet.
