Best shop for cheapest clothes. I love going into this place. The clothes are unique and cheap, but i never have enough money to spend there! They have a very fun atmosphere, that makes you want to spend more than you have. If your in the nieghborhood, stop by this place.

christmas ornaments. Three Monkeys has really unique things. I can't wait for their christmas ornaments to be hanging in the window again. I love picking out a special one every year. It's kind of one of my holiday traditions.

Great Shopping Destionaton. I have lived in Portland all my life and this is by far one of my favorite shopping destinations. They have to find brands (such as my favorite, C&C California) and amazing out-of-this-world fashion items. The bottom floor consists of Clothing, some Jewelry and a tiny but exotic incense and knick knack room. The top floor has more interesting fun things. You can find everything from tiaras to feathered masks and neon elbow length gloves on the upper floor witch also has plenty of headbands bags and sale racks. The draw backs are the tiny closet like dressing rooms (which frankly I don't mind but the friend I went shopping with couldn't stop complaining) and the typical 23rd parking (or lack of). The draw backs aside this is one of my favorite stores and I would recommend to anyone from people who have eclectic style to those who like the tried and true basics. This is a fun fashion store that I recommend strongly.

Tongue-in-cheek style and fashion-forward clothing make this store truly one of a kind.. In Short
Not your mother's clothing store--unless your mother is into hot-pink baby tees and black-leather bustiers. Instead, the people here knows their younger customer base, and offer brightly colored skirts, tees and sweaters. For those who have all the "girlie" clothing they can handle, they can head upstairs for a walk on the wilder side. Some get-ups may seem more Halloween than work-week, but the wigs, jewelry and tiaras are guaranteed to spice up any wardrobe.
