In Short – The bi-level warehouse space is massive, but all eyes are immediately drawn to a brightly hued, oversized piece of furniture in a sumptuous fabric, like an overstuffed periwinkle suede couch or a chocolate-brown ottoman the size of Oregon. And nobody can deny that red leather kitchen chairs are downright sexy. Clean lines and modular styles are common themes here, and the store stocks furniture for dining, sleeping, working and lounging.

Worst Experience Ever!!!

The mattress world promises 101 day price guarantee but when I happen to bring to their notice that I happened to find a better deal and shown proof of it.. the sales lady called "LISA" there spoke utterly unrelated things and was really pushy to make me accept that I got a good deal instead of trying to match to what I showed her. When I asked firmly to match the price as they promised, for no reason she went onto say I was harassing her and spoke racial remarks. This is too extreme!! I mean having bad customer service is one thing but making racial comments on a customer is the worst I ever seen!! Such indecent people are not worthy for anything besides being bad influence on their firm's reputation!! Please don't step into this store and if you ever did don't even look at this sales woman. Otherwise she might say you are harassing her just like that.

they won't call me

Bought 2 chairs -- one chair from each store, but they were supposed to be the same exact chair. When we got the chairs home, they are not the exact same color or leather texture. I have been calling for 2 days -- they have yet to even return a call!

Poor experience with Hip Furniture

We purchased a bedroom set in April 2008 with the understanding that the furniture would be delivered within 3-5 weeks. Two weeks later, we received a call notifying us that they "forgot" to add the cost of the bed legs to the order and would be charging our credit card. The furniture is scheduled to be delivered in May. One of the dressers arrives damaged. We are told that they have to order a new one....3-5 more weeks. I call in mid June and am told that the new dresser should arrive soon. I call again in mid July and am told there is no record of a dresser being reordered. Now we are being told the new dresser will arrive in late August. Very unacceptable. We will never do business with Hip again.
