Happy hour- Cozy old time, original bar. Food was lack luster. Potato skins must have sat under heat lamp for an hour before our order. Calamari- bland. Steak bites- eh.

Exceptional service.

Too many other places to try for happy your and nothing here to bring me back.

The service was very poor. It took over 40 minutes just to get our salads and the salmon I ordered wasn't cooked through. I noted the table across from us, which ordered plenty of drinks and appetizers had much better service than our lowly table of 2. Prices were sky high. Service poor. I can't recommend it.

I have been long time patron of this establishment but I regrettably agree with the other recent posts. The food and service was o.k.. but for the price I have high expectations and this restaurant no longer meets what I think you should receive for $50-$100 per plate with drinks and gratuity.

After the Re-Model, its has gone down hill a bit, been there twice since re mold, and prices have gone through the roof(70 bucks for a Prime steak) and service was not up to par as it used to be on both visits, Waiter had kind of a >care less<< way about evey thing, and for some reason we didnt get a e mail for the 15 percent they used to give you for your bithdays..Had to wait 45 minutes for a table even with advance notice of two weeks..We will not go back again

Longtime Ringside patron. Was looking forward to the re-opening of the Burnside restaurant. Made reservtions a couple weeks in advance, asking for a seat in the "old" portion. I'd heard from others that the "banquet room", was unbelievable noisy. Got there and they said it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait, if we wanted to sit where they had told us they would sit us. In the main dininig room... Couldn't wait 2 1/2 hrs so they stuck us.. guess where. It their so called "wine room". What a joke. This thing has a curved cylindrical brick ceiling that magnifies and focuses all of the room noise. I'd rather go to Texas Road House from now on. At least I can hear myself think. The old Ringside is only a memory. Will find somewhere else in the future. One last suggestion for them... fire your architect.

pretty bad service. the waiter was cute but he forgot my salad and forgot to bring me my box to go--but he made sure no extras included in my meal or comped anything. should not have given him a tip

hmmmm......liked the temp location/service better at the temp location

guess i'll just BBQ at home--better food and service

i am really disappointed with the new renovated location--can anyone do it better?

Major Disappointment. I live in the neighborhood. I buy local. Sorry to say you should avoid the newly re-opened Ringside. I was eager to try the place the first week it re-opened. Unfortunately, their standard 14 oz. rib-eye was ordinary. So, we tried again tonight after a Timbers game. I splurged on the $41.50 bone-in rib-eye but it was overcooked. I sent it back but the kitchen, which sent it back out and said it was fine. Ouch! I'm more done than my steak. I offered to pay for it but said I didn't want a medium-well steak. The manager came out to apologize and offered a complimentary second effort. It was very good but the damage was done. I ate my dinner 20 minutes after my wife finished her meal. This is a steak house. Apply heat to a piece of beef. Should be flawless. Head downtown to El Gaucho.

Just ok. First visit to the Ringside restaurant. Meh. Not sure if we caught the restaurant on an off night but it wasn’t great. Our table wasn’t available on time, not a big deal as it was a busy Saturday night. However, we were disappointed to be informed that they were out of the prime rib. Sadly they did not bother tell us this at any point prior to ordering our food which necessitated a complete rethink at the last minute when the waitress finally let us know. So I ordered an 8oz filet mignon, medium rare. Half of it was delicious and very tender and indeed medium rare, unfortunately, the sizzling hot metal platter on which it was served continued to cook my steak so it wasn’t medium rare for very long.

Impressive... at first. Six people sat down for a business dinner with cocktails, wine, appetizers and steaks. The server did really well getting us to a $900 tab. Aside from my $30 pasta being overcooked, everything was pretty good until the end, when the refills stopped coming (soda and water) and the server had to be chased down to get the check. After 30 minutes of being ignored by our waitress, we had to disband, leaving one person behind to attend to the bill. Several in the party were completely ignored, while the server attended heavily to those she thought were picking up the tab. Surprise-- I guess you shouldn't have done that.

I LITERALLY EAT THERE 3-4 TIMES A WEEK. The happy hour menu is so phenominal, that I go there about 3-4 times a week to indulge. The staff is ultra professional and friendly.

Must haves on the HH menu are the steak bites, burger, crab cake, potato skins. They also make a mena mojito.

Simply the best HH I've ever experienced. I wouldn't trust any other place for my HH but Ringside.
