I love that there are still little locally owned businesses like this on 23rd Ave. It may not be as cheap as a dollar store, but this shop top-of-the-line cards, ribbon, wrap. There is always something new and they have great wrapping ideas. Even the window displays are cool. I have found the some of my favorite cards here.

In The Bag is always changing and has great new products every time I'm there. Plus, they have a fabulous custom gift wrap service and everyone who works there is incredibly helpful.
