Seriously STAY AWAY from this company. First of all, I filled out the order incorrectly so thank goodness the order wasn't placed in the first place. I ordered the day before and decided to check up on the order. So I called like at least 5 phone numbers for this business and all of them were either disconnected or redirected to other phone number that didnt work. I was starting to get really uneasy about this, what kind of company puts up a bunch of phone numbers that don't work. I was starting to get really scared about this company but after checking bank account and order confirmation form I realized I filled out my card number for my debit card into the credit card number space (they didn't have a box for debit card number..?) So yeah, somehow the order didn't work out. I tried looking up this company but didn't get much, only that on most sites that review companies it says that it is unverified and will not disclose any information on friendly terms. I just want to let people know, since there so many little reviews, this company is weird. Just don't take any chances and find a different service.

Horrible service. My mom tried to send me flowers for my birthday. The day after my birthday, and after a call from my mom, they tried to deliver the flowers, but claimed not to be able to find my house. After three phone calls from me, they finally believed that I had given them a correct address (I think I know where I live). I suggested they try mapquest, and they said it didn't work. So, I mapquested directions for them and read them to the delivery person. I was told he was leaving right away. Two hours later, I got another call. He was two houses down, but couldn't find it. I had to go outside and flag him down. I live in a new townhouse complex, the numbers are very easy to see. My mom called to complain, and they lied and said they had called me on my birthday, which they did not. She asked for them to compensate her somehow, either by a refund or another bouquet in the future, and they refused. They didn't give either my mom or me so much as an apology. I strongly discourage everyone from giving your business or your money to this florist.
