We have thousands of satisfied clients.. That is to bad that this customer feels this way. We pride ourselves in giving great haircare services. Our Stylist are consistently receiving continuous training on styles,cuts, color and most importantly healthy hair care for African American and multicultural hair.We have a great reputation with an enormous amount of satisfied and returning clients, that is why we are a successful salon that has be open and operating since 1942. This client failed to mention that her hair was 2 inches long and was extremely damaged when she came in for the first time due to previous damage so there wasn't much to work with in the first place. She requested a braided updo style with an added draw string ponytail that she wanted added at the top of her head. This client was told that this style was not the right style for her because her hair was too short and she was advised to add some extensions to make the braids longer in order to create a fuller bun to add her pony tail on but she refused extensions and insisted on the Stylist to continue to braid her hair without extensions. The Stylist did her very best with what she had to work with.This client also failed to mention that she rescheduled a second appointment and never complained during the braiding service, paid and tiped as well. It was unfortunate that she was unsatisfied and couldn't express her concern in person to the Stylist so that the issues could have been addressed. We would have been happy to do what ever it took to satisfy her, create a healthy hair style and make her comfortable, but instead she chose to go on online and post negative comments. We do excellent work on not only kinky textured hair but all types of hair as well. Just make sure you come in with more than 2 inches of hair if you want a braided style without extensions :)

Great Service Provided by Cher'e Nichole. I am new in town and was trying to find a new salon home. I was welcomed at Studio Six Nine Hair Design by Cher'e Nichole. She provided excellent service for me and my three daughters. My daughters wear relaxers and braids and I wear weaves. Cher'e Nichole does a beautiful job on all of our hair. She really takes her time and makes sure we were comfortable and completely happy with out services I have referred my family and friends to her and would highly recommend her to anyone else

So rude!. I called this salon to get some information about extensions and the woman on the phone was so rude! I asked here a few questions about pricing, techniches, etc. and she told me " what is this a survey??? I am real busy so uh if I can call you back when i am not so busy!" She was very rude, I would put in my own extensions before I paid her a dime!
