A friendly neighborhood day spa to meet all your rejuvenation needs.. In Short
Perched on the mezzanine above Wild Oats market awaits a nest of pampering. Combined wellness center, salon and spa, it offers everything from yoga and belly-dancing classes to massage and eyelash tinting. Hallways are accented by blond wood moldings, natural fiber curtains and a photo study of female nudes. Services include facials, massages, body wraps and more. There's also a full-service salon.

Needs some help. My experience with the body treatment was being wrapped and left to sit by myself for more than 20 minutes. This happened in my facial also and the woman came back smelling like smoke. Not the best service....

WUHNDAFUL. This is one of the most consistently beneficial places to go for a pedicure & manicure - Erica is talented, gracious and accomodating. The service is great, the atmosphere relaxing, the staff pleasant and the facilities are great.

Yummy massage. I went in for a 90 minute massage with Teresa. After filling out a health history form, I went to the relaxing locker room area and changed into a robe and slippers, then waited in a cozy waiting area and had a complimentary hot tea. Teresa greeted me and showed me to a very cozy, dimly lit massage room. The music was relaxing, not annoying like some day spas. There was never a feeling of rushing.

My massage was excellent and I even fell asleep a couple of times. Teresa listened to my requests for deep massage and specifically concentrated on the areas I asked. I was very happy! I finished with a shower and left completely relaxed.

not for black.... I was disappointed to find out, that although this salon is located in a predominately black neighborhood, they did not have a stylist that could do "black" hair. A well trained stylist, should be able to do any hair type. If anything, atleast basic things like washing and setting rollers.
