app 3 and one half years ago in august 2005 i traveled from lake charles la to sturgis and then on to portland org to visit my son upon arriving in portland i needed a front tire. so my son lead the way to your shop to install a front tire.. to make a long story short ,i was treated so nice, like i was a friend and the price was well below what i would pay for in my home town also they washed my bikie which was very dirty after traveling for app two weeks and they filled my tank with gasoline. i dont think you can beat that . keep up the good work. nolan
Great Customer Service.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I did not buy a Harley as I could not afford one, They were very helpful to find me a bike that I could handle. I bought a Honda Rebel 2007, I tried out other of the bikes there and they were to powerful for me since I had not riden in 30 years. There were some areas of disagreement which they fixed. I have been treated as family and I still am. I was even given the saftey class for free, it went with my getting a bike. This is not a normal thing they do, as the class cost is $300.00.
I was sad to read about the other persons experience and just wanted to share that it is not always like take.
- Pros: I felt they had my best intrest in mine, the area for service and product and extras great
- Cons: nothing
I spent my dollar!!!!!!

I was very disapointed with the service I recivied after I bought my new Harley Davidson, I would like to say that I was treated as a valued customer. However it was just the all mighty dollar at work again and I woudn't consider do business with them again. There are too many good dealers out there to do business with one that treats their so called valued customers rude when there is an issue and won't return phone calls. I might even send my bike back to Harley, its not an american dream anymore!!!
