Abc Limousine

A horrible experience... (please read thoroughly). The day of your of the wedding is already stressful enough as it is and, regrettably, working with this company made it exponentially worse. The driver arrived early which was very kind of him but the 2006 stretch town car absolutely wreaked of cigarette smoke from the previous night's passengers,the drinking glasses in the car were still adorned with lipstick and beverage residue, and It was quite obvious that the car had not been cleaned from the night prior. The stench was so bad that the bridal party had to send their dresses to the church in a separate car and they all still smelled like a bar when they arrived. The driver did not offer to assist the ladies with their bags and watched as they lugged them into the trunk. When I (the groom) later found out about this I was livid and called the owner of the company. He immediately became defensive and implied that we should simply use the deodorant spray located somewhere in the limo. On the way to the church the driver required turn by turn directions to get to the church even though I had given the address the day before when making the final arrangements. When I finally spoke to the driver I informed him that we would not need their services anymore that day. Shortly thereafter the owner called me again acting quite unapologetic but asking to make it up by supplying a different vehicle. After the ceremony I stepped outside and realized that the promised vehicle was nowhere insight. I called the owner and he said that he couldn't get another vehicle but that the car had been cleaned and the original driver sent back to the church. When the driver arrived at the church there was no one outside (we were all inside during the ceremony) so he left. Learning that we were still in need of transportation he turned around and arrived 30 minutes later. We all crawled back into the still quite odiferous car and made our way to the reception where we proceeded to have a wonderful evening in spite of this awful experience.  View Less … View More
