LIMITED SELECTION. This store had great customer service, but lacked in tool selection. I was looking for a 1/4" drive 13mm socket, but to no avail. The positive side was that I was asked by two employees within 5-6 minutes if I needed assistance. One negative about their customer service is their inability to support other local hardware stores because they wouldn't give me any ideas on where else I could check for the tools I wanted.…
