The Name of the Sandwich Shop on Glisan is Mac's Deli. The new place is called Mac's Deli. I ate at the Sandwich Depot and at Mac's and I believe that Mac's has a better sandwich. There were more ingredients in it and the staff was very friendly. I do have to ask one question though: the last reviewer stated that the PRO was "honesty" and the CON was the "landlord"; what in the world does the landlord have to do with the quality of a sandwich?! Shouldn't a review of a deli be based on the quality of the sandwich and the value one receives? Mac's sandwiches are big, fresh and give the buyer a great value. Their ingredients are fresh and their staff is friendly. And best of all, you get a great value for your $$.

Editorial Review by Christy Buena. Deli offers subs, sandwiches, turkey, ham, soups and salads at reasonable prices and offers rice crispy treats for dessert.

SANDWICH DEPOT DELI - GLISAN - Shut down by landlord.. Sadly, we had to close our Glisan location. The imposter taking over is attempting to steal our name and reputation. They changed the name yet repainted the sign hanging above the sidewalk in our Deli's name.

In the end, honesty will overcome dishonesty. Currently we are still operating Sandwich Depot Deli from our 1652 NE Fairview Dr, Gresham location. (Burnside & Main Street next to Flying Pie Pizza and across from Gresham High School).

We are still delivering the same great deli flavors that we have been for over 30 years. Need info or have a question? Call 503-239-4177.

Best Deli In Portland. Nothing tops the Depot, where you can get a huge sub for a great price. Although the Gresham location may be newer, the Glisan location is a classic. It's also the only place that the Franklin High School football coaches will eat before a game.

Go to the Gresham location!. Their Gresham location is so much better! The service is fast & friendly and the food is wonderful. I recommend the pea salad (with cheese and bacon, yum) and any of their fabulous desserts, including their enormous rice krispie bricks which are baked fresh almost every day. They also do wonderful catering jobs. You can order online on their website.

Very Dissapointed. I was told that they make a great sandwich here...I ordered a Turkey on whole wheat. The turkey was chopped and pressed, and there was more lettuce than turkey. I wouldn't recomend this as a pace to get a great sandwich.

The BEST HANDS DOWN!!!!!. The Sandwiches are the best in Portland or even the USA.

The Rice Crispy Bricks are the BOMB....

They just opened one in Gresham closer to my work place.

The staff at Gresham is cool.

Highly Recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!

best sandwich in town. The best sandwich shop in town. Let the nice ladies behind the counter fix you a huge!! ham and turkey sub, you most likely wont be able to eat a half. I aslo suggest you try the chicken gumbo and the can't miss rice crispy treats
