VERY COOL STAFF!!!. Whenever I buy liquor, I go to Rosecity Liquor. I go to this store not only because it's in my neighborhood, I like the customer service. Before I deal with poor customer service, I would drive to the other side of town but thankfully I can shop in my neighborhood and receive EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and that's very cool!…
