Longboard shop with great customer service. I have 2 avid longboarding sons, we have been to this shop many times and the staff has been very helpful. Once then even down sold us "trucks" from their skater's pass- it- forward stash instead of us buying new trucks from the shop. The funds collected from the pass it forward sales go to charity. I was impressed.
Great customer service.
I haven't actually shopped at Daddies, but I went in there because I lost a screw to one of my snowboard binding ratchets. They checked it out, took the binding strap in the workshop, and came out with an ENTIRELY NEW RATCHET on the strap. Told me the screw came with the ratchet, so they might as well give me the ratchet as well. FOR FREE.
Great customer service, and I didn't even buy the bindings there. When I need to get some new equipment, I'll definitely return to Daddies.
Thanks for great customer service and going above and beyond what needed to be done.
Customer Service BLOWS.
This place is a JOKE!!!!!!!!
They might have good prices, but you get what you pay for!
Customer Service reps just tell you whatever comes to their heads at the time.
Then when you complain "Melanie" tries to come up with EXCUSES!!!
LAME PLACE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!
LOSERS!
Great Shop, super service, FAST shipping.
Contacted Daddies looking for a gnu board that is hard to find... took the time to search inventory, then shipped the board in no time. Got it fast and it was exactly what I was looking for!
Thanks!!!

Closed 17 hours a day - with hours like these why open?.
The shop is okay, but there's nothing inside that I can't pick up from a magazine or online for less. For those of us who skate and work (ie don't have mom buy us our boards) the shop's 35 hours a week are a joke. At what hour should I show up to buy anything? If they want my money they'll have to be open when I'm not out working for it.
They're closed 17 hours a day, and if they don't open up for a few more they may as well stay closed for 24 'cause I can't shop there... I'll be too busy working.
Daddies?. This is the worst name for a skateshop ever. But besides that, it's not really a skateshop, it's a longboard shop. So if you are into that sort of thing, go for it, but don't expect to find what you want for real skateboarding. Go to one of the real shops like Cal Skate or the Department. But if you like longboards, this is the spot for sure. They seem nice enough.
Equipment and accessories for summer and winter shredding..
In Short
This store specializes in hard-to-find brands such as Never Summer, Joyride and Atlantis snowboards. The store carries a decent selection of boots, bindings, and snowboarding outerwear for both beginning and advanced riders, along with a complete line of skateboard decks and accessories. If you're in the market for a new deck or you just want to see what new equipment is available this season, stop in for a look around.
Who's yo daddy?. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very easy to interact with. They know everything that you would ever ask them and they are also expirienced skaters. Basically Daddie's is a wonderful skate shop that can seriously help you out. Great location on about 58th and NE Sandy.
Longboards Galore!. Daddies is the place to buy a longboard skateboard. They have custom completes so you can pick out your components. Much better than the pre-made setups you find elsewhere. The service is super friendly and they all ride the equipment they sell. They also support slalom skateboard races in the Northwest, something we haven't seen since the 70's.
It's gonna cost ya!.
I just moved here from New York and came across Daddies Board Shop; it's not too far from my apartment. I've had bad experiences with shops back in New York (rude, etc). but these guys were very helpful. I'm new to snowboarding but I didn't want junk. Most of the snowboards are very high end and they do cost more than cheaper boards, but they were very knowledgable about the boards.
I recommend them!
Super friendly!.
My experience with Daddies Board shop has been nothing but positive. They, in particular, treated my young son very well...made his birthday super special. We purchased a snowboard package from them and they went out of their way to make sure it was right.
I would suggest highly going to Daddies Board Shop. Those guys definitely know how to bring back the fun in a neighborhood skateboard shop.
