I just talked to someone at Ralphs and ordered flowers for Valentines Day. I knew I was taking my chances ordering on Valentines day for deliviery today, but still wanted to try. I really didn't expect to get anything delivered today and would understand why not. But the person on the phone was very cheerful, and helpful and said it would be no problem today for delivery..Thank you very much. Before I called Ralph's I did call someone else and they were rude about my being late... and actually treated me as an imposition. Thank you Ralph's for helping me out today. I will most certainly refere my friends and family to you.

Always reliable!. I was distraught to see the negative feedback for Ralph's Hollywood Florist. I have ordered flowers from them over the past several years and have always been VERY happy with the arrangements. I receive personal attention and GREAT customer service calling from out of town for my elderly parents.

Horrible customer service and products.. I was looking for a florist near my sister's office and came across this one through Google. I am new to the area and I don't know the area very well so I went with it. I told the florist how I wanted to send my sister something very classy and simple, something with yellow roses. She said something about yellow roses with orange tips and I said that sounded perfect. I told her to make it a $50 limit and have them delivered that tday.

When I called my sister to see how the flowers turned out, my sister tried very hard to tell me that the flowers were "fine". I know that when she says "fine" it means HORRIBLE. She sent me a picture of the arrangement and I was very disappointed. There weren't ANY roses in the vase whatsoever. Instead the florist had put yellow tulips with a BUNCH of filler. It was neither classy nor simple, it was horrid. It looked like a gaudy funeral arrangement. It was the exact opposite of what I would have sent my sister.

I take pride in what I send to my friends and family and this was not up to par.

I called and talked to the florist and she gave me attitude and refused to refund my money unless I brought the flowers back in the next day. My sister said she would take the flowers in, and she called to make sure the place was open, and the lady she talked to very very rude and was refusing to refund the money. Finally she said she would refund my money if the flowers and vase were returned.

I will NEVER use this florist or recommend it to ANYONE, not even my enemy.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs.
